This website was developed for a graduate course in Internet and Public Policy at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. The content of this site focuses on six key subject areas which are presently impacting the digital environment. Each subject area aims to provide an overview of content and its global implication while concurrently narrowing the focus to the Latin America and Caribbean Region.
